It is possible to determine the truth of the incident both based on these comments and by reverse searching the screenshot taken from the video. According to Hebrew and Arabic news sources, the incident took place on the morning of November 30, 2023, in the city of Lod, Israel. Israel’s emergency service, Magen David Adom, was notified of the stabbing of Aya Abu Hajjaj, a pregnant woman in her 20s. However, the woman and her baby who were taken to the hospital could not be saved.

The police arrived at the scene and launched an investigation and arrested two suspects regarding the stabbing of Aya Abu Hajjaj. According to the Arabic news sources, these individuals are two family members of Hajjaj from the Negev and Lod Bedouin villages. According to the Hebrew news sources Times of Israel and Ynet, these individuals are Hajjaj’s father and brother.

As a result, the incident shown in the video does not depict an Israeli stabbing a pregnant Palestinian woman. Aya Abu Hajjaj was attacked by her family members.
